Why are we here? We’re
moving from measurement to strategic management.

understanding of the impact decisions
have on the infrastructure.

2) No matter how much money
we have, the manager of each asset area needs to make strategic decisions.
We’re developing strategic plans in
each asset area. This year we’re working on pavement, structures, signals and
street lights.

3)This effort will help the
Directors’ Team make better informed choices. The goal is to better link
budget decisions to asset strategies.
