Pendleton Underground Tours 37 SW Emigrant

A lively look at Pendleton’s infamous past. Follow your guide underground to the Shamrock Card Room, Hop Sing’s Chinese Laundry, the Empire Ice Cream Company, through tunnels to the Meat Market, and to a 1930s Prohibition Card Room. Tour also includes a visit to the "Cozy Room" bordello.

Tamastslikt is educational, entertaining, and awe-inspiring. It is the only interpretive center on the Oregon Trail that tells the Trail story from a Native American point of view. Experience the adventures of Coyote, relax in the quiet of a tule mat winter lodge, view the 12,000-year-old mammoth tooth, and listen to the legend explaining the creation of Elephant Rock.

Umatilla County Historical Museum 108 SW Frazer

The Umatilla County Historical Society uses "pieces of the past" to tell the story of the County’s rich heritage. The story includes the Indians, mountain men, missionaries, solders, farmers, cattlemen, sheepherders, loggers and merchants that make up a colorful history. The museum showcases exhibits of photographs and artifacts.

Fine products created by Pendleton Woolen Mills include world-famous blankets, as well as shirts, jackets, coats and much more. Visit their salesroom and sign up for a free tour of the mill.
